These development-preview terms are not the final commercial terms. Entity identity, governing law, jurisdiction, liability allocation, payment terms and appeals language require legal approval before public launch.

Not a medical service

MindsMelt provides information, signposting and a governance standard. It is not a clinical service and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, contact your local crisis line or emergency services.

Certification

Certification is awarded against a published framework by independent review. A badge reflects a point-in-time assessment and can be suspended or revoked; the public register always shows current status.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, misrepresent a certification status, or attempt to falsify a certificate. Verification is public and real-time precisely to make this pointless.
