Crisis comes first
Any signal of crisis short-circuits everything else: it immediately surfaces local crisis lines, with no AI mediation and no other processing. A future community forum will ship with crisis-aware moderation built in from the first line of code.
Pseudonymity
In community spaces, athletes are pseudonymous by default. Real identity is never exposed.
The red line
An organisation you link to never sees your individual screening data. The day a director can see an athlete's score, trust is dead — so it is designed to be impossible, not merely discouraged.
Safety overrides commercial confidentiality
Where MindsMelt reasonably believes an athlete faces serious or immediate risk, the safeguarding route escalates to competent emergency, safeguarding or public authorities as required. Commercial confidentiality never overrides athlete safety.
