The gap

Sport measures everything. Mental wellbeing deserves the same rigour.

Sporting performance has been measured, governed and optimised at every level. Mental wellbeing has not. That gap has left athletes unprotected.

Two arms. One mission.

Certification Funds Support. Support Legitimises Certification.

MindsMelt operates across two distinct but inseparable functions — each essential to the mission.

For organisations

A published framework, independent review, and a certification that is hard to earn and publicly verifiable in real time. Federations, clubs, academies and leagues prove—publicly—that they take athlete mental wellbeing seriously.

Why MindsMelt exists

Built from inside elite sport

MindsMelt was founded by Jacques Jefferies, Olympic biathlete. It exists because the standard he needed as an athlete did not.

The framework is built on a simple belief: athlete mental wellbeing cannot depend on goodwill alone. It must be codified, funded and independently verified.

In their words

Athletes speaking out

Illustrative examples — verified athlete stories are coming soon.

I spent years thinking I was weak for struggling. The culture around me never gave me permission to ask for help. A framework like this would have changed things.

Professional athlete, track and field

When I finally spoke up, my club meant well but had no system in place. That is what needs to change — and what MindsMelt is building.
